Loopio

Loopio is an RFP response platform with a reusable answer library, AI-assisted response drafting, project collaboration, and source-scoped generation controls.

Updated

Loopio is a candidate for teams repeatedly preparing collaborative RFP responses and maintaining reusable answer content. Evaluate it with a real requirement record and an approved evidence subset so you can inspect how a draft relates to the buyer's question.

Loopio's generation uses accessible library content, and permissions scope the entries available to a user. Output needs vetting; adding vetted content to the library is separate from editing a project answer. Loopio generative-AI FAQ.

Generation can be scoped to selected library locations or document sources, with writing preferences. Editing the prompt question does not change the original project question. Account and plan requirements apply. Loopio generation options.

Evaluate source and requirement fidelity

Illustrative fictional fixture: a four-question RFP asks for support hours, an attached incident procedure, a named implementation owner, and an amended onboarding timeline. The evidence packet has an approved hours sheet, a generic marketing claim, an unnamed “our team” response, and an older timeline. This is a proposed evaluation exercise, not a Loopio product trial.

Restrict the draft to a checked library subset. For the support-hours answer, inspect the retrieved passage, its approval version, and its applicability to the question. For the incident-procedure request, keep the missing file visible. A useful draft should not substitute confident security language for an attachment the packet does not contain.

For the ownership and timeline questions, compare the generated draft with the full original buyer wording and the amendment reference. If you simplify a drafting prompt, inspect the untouched requirement during review. Keep any omitted subquestion as an open matrix finding.

Trace the selected answer's evidence into the final proposal location. Record the response owner and the actual review finding. Then verify whether any edited answer intended for reuse was separately vetted and added through the team's library process. Project corrections should not quietly become shared policy without that review.

Use the exercise to evaluate traceability, access, and review work. Four synthetic questions cannot establish a general answer-accuracy result or predict bid success.

Pair drafting with a coverage record

The RFP compliance-matrix guide maps original requirements to evidence, response locations, and unresolved gaps. Compliance matrix explains why a present paragraph can still leave an attachment requirement unmet.

For supplied local RFP files, rfp-requirement-mapper prepares the map and the RFP completeness reviewer inspects omissions. check-rfp-coverage checks the declared requirement and matrix CSVs. These optional Claude Code files do not connect to Loopio or submit a proposal.

Include the evidence owners in the evaluation and confirm the actual account's permissions and configuration. The final acceptance question is whether reviewers can locate the supporting source, see unresolved commitments, and inspect the proposal version that will be submitted.
